Week 3 EOC: My Demographics

OF the generational demographic placement i fall under the Millennials(Generation Y) .WE are the kids of the baby boomers born from the years of 1977-2000. We are the generation to see the electrical world explode from the phone, electronics ,video games ,cars , the internet ,computers ,cloths ,fashion trends to a lot of things since we were born.“All generations are comfortable with technology, but this is the generation that’s been formed by technology,” says a Yahoo!(pg78). I know this is totally true because we are the game heads the computer freaks mp3 playing I phone using people , and some of us can't go with one our the other. We have became more of the office type of generation instead of the blue collars like the ones who came before , we traded in our work boots for loafers, our hard hats for chairs that recline back. We have become more aware of today's issues and the things we can do to help.WE are the diverse generation from the people, too the things we eat, to the things we wear. The United States seems to have become more of a “salad bowl” in which various groups have mixed together but have maintained their diversity by retaining and valuing important ethnic and cultural differences (Pg80). I love to see diversity in this day and age it show us how we can be the same but so different in our own special way. I do feel we will be the ones to change a lot of things in life for the next generation to come. The way everything's moving we will be an technological universe and everything will be computers and technology.  The technological environment is perhaps the most dramatic force now shaping our destiny. Technology has released such wonders as antibiotics, robotic surgery, miniaturized electronics, laptop computers, and the Internet(Pg81).

Week 3 EOC: Making Money for Good

The group i chose is the United health group. The United Health Group Employee Giving Campaign accounts for nearly two-thirds of United Healthcare Children’s Foundation (UHCCF) grant funds. It is a vital part of maintaining and growing the Foundation. With that being said the united health group has other charities like the American lunge association received 2 million  from UHG to help with the lunge research. Boys & Girls Clubs of America Receives $1.75 Million Grant from United Health Foundation to Support America’s Military Kids. UGH has a wide range of companies that it give back to threw out the year. It has set the standard for helping out in the medical field ,but also all the other of wide range fields like sports, education, TV, radio, and much more.  New Grant Program by United Health Foundation and Whole Kids Foundation to Fund Innovative Solutions to Improve Children’s Health and Nutrition, they actually gave 500,000 in contribution across the country. UGH is none for giving back,in the run they understand, if they give back they will receive more information from different studies for different things going on in life. On the first day of  October UHG and WKF(Whole Kids Foundation) gave 150,000 for grant innovations .

Week 1 EOC My Voice

From the beginning i always had a thing for music, i have always been the one to walk around singing and banging on stuff just to hear the sound of anything.Threw my time i have learned a whole lot about sound and how to use it to make people feel happy, sad, mad, and how music can change a person life. Now that i am in the field of production. I know that the stuff  i thought i knew was minute to the stuff that i'm learning and all the stuff that there is still to learn. But one thing i do know is that music and the process that most artist and producers use to take, all the long hours of practice, being in a studio until it really becomes your home, you eat ,sleep your craft until you no nothing else but your craft and how to better yourself let alone your craft. Now ah days everybody know what and how to do stuff, with no type of experience, but they can do anything let them tell it.So as a professional in the audio field i appreciate all the real musicians, producers, artist ,rode ,managers that took the time out to learn their craft and take it serious, this is what will always set us apart from the ones who will never take the time to embrace their craft.

Week 1 EOC Create customer sevice

In the life we lead , it is very hard to find good service. With the way people are disconnected , it's very hard to find someone who actually cares about how others feel, some just take it as a job to where some it's their lively hood . they take pride in taking care of the customer. The person will treat you like they would want someone to treat them or even family, friends because to them that's what you are to them. I remember on time me and my family went out to eat,it had to be some years ago because my kids where still babies. So we enter the establishment when we are greeted by and elderly lady, she says hello and from that point i just had a feeling she would be great as i'm thinking this she says your boys are so cute can i have them, i said if you want them go head, she giggles and sits us down at our table . as we are looking at the menu she is steady playing with the boys an she ask can the have some fruit or cookies or some thing we look at each other and say sure, she ok and leaves.she come back with two plates full of fruit and meat and cookies, so we say thank you ,she takes our order while still talking and playing with the boys.We eat and now its time for the bill to come, so when she came with the bill it was not a  bill but a receipt that said thank you for having a loving family and well mannered children this one on the house, from that point it was more than customer and server it was, person to person  i was hooked
