SWOT analysis

An overall evaluation of the company’s strengths (S), weaknesses (W), opportunities (O), and threats (T).(pg54-58 Marketing An Introduction) With look into our "S.W.O.T" we do have a few strengths to our advantage . We have a product that is unlike any other , we would be new to the jerky market scene, and have new flavors and different kind of jerky meat. Its not to many jerky companies out there that would do the things we do.Our weakness would be big too just like it would be good to be new ,it will also be kinda of a weakness because you have to get people to come see what you are about .The consumers that eat jerky will have their doubt about your product and even just not like it for no real reason. The target market would be huge because of the opportunities it would bring . From all the promotion to all the new ideas you will get from being around other people and hearing their ideas on what good and what can help the product.

The company should analyze its markets and marketing environment to find attractive opportunities and identify environmental threats. The goal is to match the company’s strengths to attractive opportunities in the environment, while eliminating or overcoming the weaknesses and minimizing the threats.(pg 54-58 Marketing An Introduction). The threats we have are just like all the other Jerky companies , the state of our food, vegetation , animals , and just the earth period , plus the other companies their-self's, but hay whats  little comp it never hurt nobody.

In the times we live in, the internet is a big part of daily life from whats going on, to where you find your next source of income. A lot of people use social sites to see what their friends are doing and where they work and where they can find a job or even a career. Now a days people are using facebook more for job postings and to see whose hiring,More companies are trying to tap Facebook Inc.'s 750-million-plus user base to find new employees, threatening
traditional job boards and competing with LinkedIn Corp., which has dominated the online professional
networking arena Job Recruiters Turn to Facebook to Find Candidates - WSJ.com http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424053111903885604576490763. I have recently seen more and more job postings and links on facebook to get me to sine up for something, and then they will send more stuff pertaining whatever i just clicked on , to see if i'm working or going to school or something. They will scroll your news feed and see what has your interest  and use it to get to you. they look for their brand ambassadors on social site , whats a better way to find someone who loves your stuff ,but the one who show you before you can say anything.
Marketers select their brand ambassadors very carefully, based on customers’ devotion to a brand and the size of their social circles. They sometimes search blogs and online social networks to identify individuals who are already functioning as brand advocates. Once selected, the ambassadors are trained with real brand knowledge to go along with their passion for the brand. The ambassadors then tap into friends, family, groups, and broader audiences through personal conversations, blogs, live events, and online social media.
